4 x 200 on 3:00, 100 off on 2

3 x 200 on 2:50, 100 off on 2

2 x 200 on 2:40, 100 off on 2

1 x 200 on 2:30, 100 off on 2

200 pace times +/- (10? seconds)

13 x 100 on 1:50 or 2:00 (if time) except for 3rd 25 sprint K repeats those are on 1:30 +/- looking for 5-10s rest

1) Dive and glide/SSS/50 SSS with paddles

3) swim @ PB + 10s
