Some great swimming this morning. Some speed work tonight so that our front end speed this weekend can be as fast as I anticipate our back-half swimming will be.

2 * 100 IM 6 * 50 1) 15-25-10, 2) 15-25-10


6 * thru

6 seconds fast dolphin kicks on 12s

Breakout (stretch a little past a typical turn in the middle of a race) on 48


3 * 100 IM smooth with snorkel and fins on 2:15

1) kick

2 & 3) swim


4 * easy speed walk backs (feel great all the way to the wall or stop)


3 * 150 Drill(s) for length on 3:00


2 * sprint 25


200 Choice to get ready for 50 sprint
