At 6:34 be ready to swim

6 * 100 at close to 400 Pace on 2:30 (use the ones above to help come up with a number)

If you are too slow then skip the next one, too slow again

then skip 2. The maximum time allowed is 30 min (12 send offs)

or

10 * 50 on 1:30 holding 200 pace same process. The maximum time allowed is 30 min (20 send offs)
