Round 1 free 3 & glide (4, 3, 2,1, choice, choice)

Round 2 Back same

Round 3 3K1P Breast or Breast with dolphin kick Round 4 Kick


5 * 200 descend & maintain stroke count - when you can't then switch

20 min choice


4 * 50 descend


2 waves of 10 * 100 (Score = Pace + fastest + slowest
