4 * thru (rd 1 on :35 and 1:00, Rd 2&3) on :30 and 1:00, Rd 4 on :25 on 1:00 3 * 25, 1 * 50

minimum stroke count on 25's then try to hold 40 * 50

16 - every 4th one fast on 50

12 - every 3rd one fast on 60

8 - every 2nd one fast on 1:10

4 - all fast on 1:20

Fast is stroke, easy is choice 5 * 300 on 5:00

1) long turns

2) 3rd 25 of every 100 fast kick 3) Pull
