8 * 75 kick descend 1-4 on 1:40


1000 done as

200 swim, 200 Pull, 200 Paddles & PB, 200 Paddles and fins, 200 Fins


5 * 100 IM on 15s rest 1) kick

2) Swim with flutter kick

3) Swim with Dolphin kick 4) 1st 10m of every stroke is Kick

5) swim


4 * 400 ascend - every 4th 25 strong best stroke
