1) S every 4th 25 KnoB

2) Pull (paddles optional) every 4th 25 Breast &/or Back

3) with fins Dr/Sw by 100 - every 4th 25 fast 12.5 off wall


Round 2

1) Pull with snorkel - every 4th 25 Br

2) with fins 6 Kicks

3) IM Kick/Sw by 100

Round 3

1) Swim with fins (Paddles opt/l) "-"

2) kick "-"
